This course builds on BU288. Management effectiveness at the organization level is examined with particular emphasis on leadership and the impact of both organizational processes and structure on organizational outputs. Methods of instruction could include cases, simulations, lectures and group activities. Prerequisites: BU288 or BU388. Exclusions: MB335.
A slightly less boring version of OB 1. Still dry and impossible to make it through lecture awake.
Wasn't the most useful course but a step up from OB 1. Discussion in class were interesting enough and presentations allowed you to be creative.
Very easy course. Just study the slides and you will do great. Final was very easy. The group project is a lot of work tho.
